PURPOSE : Cette pétition est lancée afin d'empêcher l'inscription du droit à l'avortement dans la Constitution luxembourgeoise. Une proposition de loi constitutionnelle a été déposée par le parti politique « Déi Lenk », ayant comme objet la protection du droit à l'avortement par son inscription dans la Constitution ; proposition qui sera, après avoir été approuvée par le Conseil d'État, examinée à la Commission des Institutions. Au Luxembourg, l'interruption volontaire de grossesse est dépénalisée depuis l'année 2014 et encadrée par une loi. Alors qu'une loi peut être modifiée par une autre loi, adoptée grâce à une majorité simple des députés, une révision de la Constitution requiert un processus plus complexe : la majorité des deux tiers des députés est nécessaire. Ainsi, l'inscription d'un droit dans la Constitution lui confère une certaine garantie contre d'éventuelles abrogations. Or, les questionnements d'ordre éthique que soulève l'interruption volontaire de grossesse sont d'une telle importance que son inscription dans le texte fondamental de notre pays doit être empêchée.

We are calling for a clear legal obligation to actively moderate these comment sections and to report illegal content to the police. Media organisations must no longer be allowed to watch in silence without consequences. We demand that the press in Luxembourg be legally required to: - actively monitor the comments under their articles on social media - remove hateful or discriminatory content immediately - report clearly illegal comments to law enforcement or the judiciary - inform users of their responsibilities and platform conduct rules when violations occur - stop profiting from online hate through algorithmic engagement boosts This petition does not target the platforms themselves, but specifically the media organisations that use them actively to distribute news content. Publishing publicly means taking responsibility for what happens under your name. The law must clearly state that doing nothing in the face of digital hate is no longer acceptable - and must carry consequences.

PURPOSE : Wir fordern die Anhebung der staatlichen Essenszulage (,,allocation de repas") für Bedienstete des öffentlichen Dienstes (fonctionnaires, employés de l'État) von derzeit 10,80 EUR auf 15,00 EUR pro Arbeitstag. Seit dem 1. Januar 2024 wurde im Privatsektor der maximal steuerbegünstigte Betrag für Chèques-repas auf 15,00 EUR pro Arbeitstag erhöht. Die staatliche Essenszulage hingegen blieb unverändert. Diese Ungleichbehandlung führt zu einer Benachteiligung von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern im öffentlichen Dienst, obwohl sie denselben Lebenshaltungskosten ausgesetzt sind wie Beschäftigte im Privatsektor. Zudem haben sich die Lebenshaltungskosten in Luxemburg in den letzten Jahren deutlich erhöht, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Nahrungsmittelpreise und Gastronomiekosten. Die derzeitige Zulage von 10,80 EUR deckt die durchschnittlichen Mittagskosten nicht mehr realistisch ab. Wir fordern daher eine gesetzliche Anpassung der Essenszulage für öffentliche Bedienstete, um: • die Gleichbehandlung mit dem Privatsektor herzustellen, • die Kaufkraft der Staatsbediensteten zu sichern, • und einen fairen Inflationsausgleich zu schaffen. Die Erhöhung auf 15,00 EUR pro Arbeitstag entspricht der aktuellen Realität und trägt zur Attraktivität des öffentlichen Dienstes bei.

PURPOSE : We request the introduction of a net metering system for residential and small-scale photovoltaic installations. Currently, individuals receive a low payment for the surplus electricity they inject into the grid, while having to buy electricity at a much higher rate. This system disadvantages local producers and hinders the country's energy transition. We ask that citizens be allowed to offset the electricity they inject into the grid against their consumption at an equivalent rate, in line with the principles of energy fairness and Luxembourg's European commitments.

Garantir une meilleure prise en charge financière, médicale et sociale des familles confrontées à des situations de santé complexes impliquant leurs nouveau-nés ou jeunes enfants. Cela passe par un soutien accru aux parents, notamment à travers : Un congé adapté et élargi pour pouvoir accompagner leurs enfants malades ; La mise à disposition de logements à proximité immédiate des établissements hospitaliers, afin de limiter la détresse émotionnelle et les frais de déplacement.

PURPOSE : To reform the tax code so that couples in a validly registered PACS in Luxembourg are automatically assigned to tax class 2 upon request (or by default), just like married couples, provided they meet the same residence and income criteria.
