OBJECT : Un handicap physique ou psychique est souvent un handicap à vie et la carte handicapé y relative doit respecter cette durée. Un renouvellement de cette carte pour raison administrative pure et simple au mème rythme comme pour le document du permis de conduire B entre 18 et 60 ans est toutefois justifié sans visite médicale. Un contrôle de la persistance d'un handicap à vie de la part des autorités compétentes n'est possible que moyennant une motivation spécifique. Un handicap transitoire après affection médicale ou accidentelle grave pourrait être introduit.

OBJECT : Diese Petition hat zum Ziel, eine strukturelle Überprüfung der Arbeitsbedingungen, der Vergütung und der Anerkennung beruflicher Erfahrung im sozialen und sozialpädagogischen Sektor in Luxemburg zu verlangen, insbesondere im Rahmen des SAS-Kollektivvertrags, um eine bessere Kohärenz und Gleichbehandlung mit anderen vergleichbaren Regelungen, wie dem FHL-Kollektivvertrag oder den Beschäftigungsbedingungen im öffentlichen Dienst, sicherzustellen. Die Petition zielt insbesondere darauf ab, die bestehenden Unterschiede bei der Anerkennung der beruflichen Erfahrung, den Vergütungsniveaus, den Zuschlägen für Nacht- und Sonntagsarbeit sowie bei der Organisation und Vergütung von Bereitschaftsdiensten zu prüfen. Sie fordert, dass diese Punkte unter Berücksichtigung der tatsächlichen Arbeitsrealität im sozialen Sektor neu bewertet werden, der durch eine hohe menschliche Verantwortung, starke organisatorische Anforderungen und eine große berufliche Verfügbarkeit gekennzeichnet ist. Sie verfolgt außerdem das Ziel, die Garantien hinsichtlich der Arbeitszeitplanung, der tatsächlichen Einhaltung des Rechts auf Abschalten (,,droit de déconnexion") sowie des Schutzes des körperlichen und PSYCHISCHEN Wohlbefindens der Beschäftigten zu stärken, damit die betreffenden Berufe langfristig nachhaltig ausgeübt werden können. Das angestrebte Ziel ist es, faire, transparente und tragfähige Arbeitsbedingungen im gesamten sozialen Sektor zu fördern, die Attraktivität der betreffenden Berufe zu erhöhen sowie zur Stabilität der Teams und zur Qualität und Kontinuität der Leistungen für die betreuten Personen in Luxemburg beizutragen.

OBJECT : We wish to draw the attention of the relevant authorities to growing concerns regarding the safety of children within and around educational institutions. On the one hand, it has been observed that certain playgrounds and school surroundings, when accessible outside of school hours, may be exposed to vandalism or the presence of hazardous waste such as broken glass, syringes, or other harmful substances. These elements pose a direct risk to children's health and safety. On the other hand, the issue of safety among students themselves requires urgent attention. Incidents of physical violence can occur from a very young age. Some children are subjected to blows or aggression, sometimes repeatedly, without adequate responses being provided. These incidents are not isolated and are part of a broader context in which violence can manifest at different stages of the educational journey. Recent events, including those in secondary schools, highlight the need for early intervention. We firmly believe that education in respect, conflict management, and kindness must begin at an early age. Prevention is essential to ensure that such behaviors do not become entrenched over time. In light of these concerns, we call for: Effective securing of playgrounds outside school hours; Systematic and thorough cleaning of school premises before students arrive; Increased supervision within schools and their surroundings; Serious and consistent handling of incidents of violence between students, including in daycare and kindergarten; The implementation of prevention and respect-based education programs adapted to each age group; Improved communication between educational staff and parents on these matters. The physical and emotional safety of children must remain an absolute priority. Schools must remain safe environments where every child can grow, learn, and thrive without fear.
