Reason for the petition
Un chauffeur qui décide de consommer de l'alcool, le fait consciemment et volontairement. Par conséquent, s'il prend le volant sous l'influence de l'alcool (taux d'alcoolémie au-dessus de la limite autorisée par la loi) et qu'il provoque un accident mortel, il s'agit d'une atteinte volontaire à l'intégrité de la personne.Une peine de prison plus sévère doit être appliquée tout comme des amendes plus sévères.
