Purpose of the petition
Le but de la pétition est de changer la législation pour permettre à des Cannabis Social Club de se créer et de fonctionner. Qu'est-ce qu'un Cannabis Social Club? (CSC)? - Un CSC est une association de consommateurs majeurs de Cannabis - Le but est non-lucratif Quels sont les buts d'un CSC? - de cultiver du Cannabis - de transformer la plante (hash, gateaux, RSO, BHO, Rosin, etc.) - de fournir à ces membres un (ou plusieurs) endroit(s) pour consommer du Cannabis dans un contexte social. - Un CSC informe ses membres sur les formes de consommation à risque limité. (vaporisateur, edibles, etc.)
Reason for the petition
La décriminalisation des consommateurs est le premier pilier d'une politique acceptant la consommation de Cannabis pour protéger la santé des consommateurs. La cultivation domestique en est qu'une partie qui n'est pas accessible à un nombre de consommateurs faute de moyens. Les CSC's seront un moyen pour ces consommateurs de s'approvisionner et ainsi éviter le marché noir tant que la légalisation se fait attendre.
