Principe d'égalité et désir personnel. Motivation de la pétition : Pour offrir à tous les couple ls qui désirent, y compris ceux confrontés à des obstacles à la conception naturelle, la chance de réaliser leur désir d'avoir un enfant et de connaître le bonheur de la parentalité, tout en mettant fin à la discrimination envers ceux qui ne peuvent pas concevoir un enfant pour diverses raisons.
