Congé de paternité - La durée du congé pour le père (ou le second parent) d'un enfant à naître (ou adopté) doit passer de 10 à 25 jours.
Reason for the petition
1. Intégrer plus le père dans la vie de famille en créant des liens plus forts avec son enfant 2. Décharger sa femme au quotidien en participant activement 3. Si nous souhaitons plus d'égalité entre hommes-femmes dans nos sociétés, ceci serait une façon d'avancer dans cette direction. Le congé parental de 6 mois est déjà un bon pas. Ceci serait une prochaine étape à franchir. (Par exemple: Pays scandinaves)
