Ein Anpassen des Hundegesetzes an das Tierschutzgesetz ist von Nöten. Aversive Führungsmethoden von Hunden sind im privaten-, freizeit-, sowie beruflichem Kontext leider noch immer zu beobachten.
Reason for the petition
Ein allgemeines Verbot von aversiven Führungsmitteln bei Hunden würde im die Tierschutzkonformität unterstützen, -Stachelhalsbänder, Würgehalsbänder, elektronische Erziehungshalsbänder, usw. sind nicht nur extremst schmerzvoll für den Hund, sondern verletzen lebenswichtige Strukturen und Organe wie zum Beispiel Luftröhre, Schilddrüse, Speiseröhre, Nerven, usw. - Erziehungs- und Führungsmethoden welche auf Schmerzreize, oder andere negative Stimuli basieren sind ethisch sowie ethologisch nicht mehr vertretbar.
