Autoriser le don de congés entre employés dans une société afin de permettre à une personne à prendre des congés en plus pour s'occuper d'un proche malade ou en dépendance.
Reason for the petition
Lorsque qu'une personne n'utilise pas tous ses congés, elle n'a le choix que d'alimenter un Compte Épargne Temps. Je souhaite proposer une autre solution. Faire don de ses congés et permettre grâce aux dons de fournir plusieurs semaines / mois à une personne qui en a besoin pour aider un enfant très malade ou un proche dépendant.
