Adoption d'une loi obligeant tout professionnel à notifier préalablement à son cocontractant et en temps utile, la date à laquelle un contrat sera reconduit tacitement ainsi que le délai dont le cocontractant dispose pour lui notifier son intention de ne pas reconduire le contrat.
Reason for the petition
Le but est d'obliger tout professionnel à informer clairement le cocontractant (et notamment les consommateurs) de la date à laquelle un contrat sera reconduit tacitement et du délai dont il dispose pour éviter cette reconduction. Ainsi, les contentieux seront réduits et les cocontractants parfaitement informés de leurs droits.
