arrêter d'exagérer le nombre de jours de congé de maladie à disposition de différents fonctionnaires sans certificat médical par exemple, chaque fonctionnaire pourrait disposer d'un nombre limité d'arrêts maladie par an sans certificat médical, et non pas d'un nombre illimité de jours comme c'est le cas actuellement

-Protéger les fonctionnaires qui travaillent tous les jours et qui ne profitent pas de ce système. -Soulager le système de santé -arrêter l'exploitation du système des arrêts maladie de 3 jours sans certificat
