Prise en charge par l'État des frais de justice des citoyens dans les cas ou le citoyen s'estime lésé par une loi et attaque l'État où est attaqué, à son avis injustement, par l'État.
Reason for the petition
Pour l'instant lorsqu'un citoyen doit se défendre en justice il doit non seulement payer sa part, mais il paie en plus, par ses impôts, la part de l'État. Il paie donc deux fois. Cela est injuste et inéquitable.
