Cette pétition vise à étendre l'interdiction de fumer dans les espaces publics aux quais de bus et aux trains, et en faire une infraction passible d'une amende pouvant aller jusqu'à EUR200.
Reason for the petition
Les preuves des effets mortels du tabagisme sont appuyées par les autorités sanitaires du Grand-Duché. Fumer est un choix. Attendre le bus/train n'est pas un choix. Ainsi, les fumeurs ne seront plus autorisés à forcer les non-fumeurs à fumer passivement dans des lieux d'usage courant.
