Daneben den gesamtgesellschaftlichen Reflex stärken mehr Demokratie und Dialogue zu wagen in Bezug auf wichtigen gesellschaftlichen, politischen und wirtschaftlichen Fragen und Entscheidungen die die Bevölkerung betreffen über den partizipativen Weg von Referenden.
