Purpose of the petition
Der Cannabis sollte mittels Coffeeshops legalisiert sofern folgende Bedingungen erfüllt werden: - nicht mehr als 5 Gramm pro Person - der Vorrat an Cannabis darf 500 Gramm nicht überschreiten - kein Verkauf an Minderjährige - im Umkreis von 500 Metern in der Schule dürfen keine Coffeeshops eröffnet werden -der Verkauf von anderen Drogen bleibt illegal Damit würden sowohl die Polizeikräfte entlastet, Arbeitsplätze geschaffen werden. Weiterhin hätte das Land eine weitere Einnahmequelle.
Reason for the petition
Es geht darum eine Duldungspolitik für den Verkauf sowie Konsum des Cannabis einzuführen um so die Drogenkriminalität in Luxemburg einzudämmen.
