OBJECT : Ziel vun dëser Petitioun ass et fir ons Natur an Ëmwelt ze schützen virun Léit déi scheinbar absolut keen Respekt méi hunn. Et sollen strofen agefouert ginn déi, an dem Fall wou een erwëscht gëtt, oder een beweisen kann dat een dat gemaach huet, och emol wierklech a richteg wéi dinn. Déi sollen bei minimum 2000EUR, plus 5 Punkten um Führerschäin léien.

OBJECT : Therefore, we call on the Government to amend the legal framework so that: • the price for heating oil shall apply as a maximum price, which is fixed at the time of the order; • "upon delivery" pricing in the consumer sector is excluded if it would result in an increase in price; • Price clauses that lead to price increases after the order is placed for heating oil are no longer permitted. We ask the Chamber of Deputies to consider these demands and to initiate the necessary legislative steps.

OBJECT : This petition calls on Luxembourg to strengthen its legal provisions to better protect pets and wildlife from deliberate or negligent poisoning. We request clearer and stricter penalties, including possible custodial or suspended sentences, mandatory community service in animal shelters, and full financial responsibility for veterinary and long-term medical costs resulting from such acts.
