OBJECT : Introduction of a targeted, temporary exemption from personal social security contributions for founder-managers of newly created simplified limited liability companies (S.à r.l.-S), for a maximum period of 12 months following registration with the Trade and Companies Register.

OBJECT : Diese Petition fordert die vollständige Abschaffung der CO₂-Steuer in allen Bereichen - insbesondere auf Kraftstoffe, Energieträger und Produkte. Parallel dazu fordern wir eine gesetzliche Verpflichtung für den Handel zur Weitergabe der Ersparnisse sowie die Beendigung der CO₂-bedingten Belastung von Arbeitnehmern. Anstatt die Steuer durch bürokratische Gutschriften (wie den CI-CO₂) lediglich abzufedern, fordern wir eine dauerhafte Senkung der Steuerlast auf Löhne und Gehälter.

OBJECT : In Luxembourg, the early termination of a standard fibre internet contract at €50/month currently triggers penalties of up to €1,200, calculated as a percentage of the remaining monthly payments under the initial 24-month commitment. This petition requests that Luxembourg law limit internet contract commitments at 6 months and regulate early termination fees.
