OBJECT : Le développement de la mobilité durable constitue un enjeu prioritaire pour réduire les émissions de gaz à effet de serre et améliorer la qualité de l'air en milieu urbain et périurbain. Actuellement, les voies de covoiturage (VR2+) sont réservées aux véhicules transportant au moins deux occupants. Afin d'accélérer la transition écologique et d'inciter les automobilistes à abandonner les motorisations thermiques individuelles, il est proposé d'harmoniser et de généraliser l'accès de ces voies aux véhicules particuliers entièrement électriques, même avec un seul occupant à bord. Cette mesure présente un triple avantage : elle valorise l'effort d'investissement des particuliers dans des véhicules propres, elle fluidifie le trafic global en délestant les voies conventionnelles, et elle renforce l'attractivité de l'électromobilité auprès des conducteurs effectuant des trajets quotidiens en solo.

OBJECT : We call on the Government and the Chamber of Deputies to strengthen the legal framework governing the management of condominium properties in Luxembourg in order to ensure greater transparency, responsiveness and oversight for co-owners. The requested reform should, in particular, provide for reasonable and binding deadlines for responding to requests and handling matters by property managers, better monitoring of damage and insurance claims, easier access to condominium documents, greater transparency regarding contracts and service providers, as well as stronger competition between companies providing services on behalf of condominium associations. Co-owners should also have more effective means of monitoring the management of their condominium association, together with appropriate mechanisms in cases of repeated or unjustified failures to fulfil management obligations. The objective is to establish clear rules ensuring more transparent, efficient, traceable and responsible management of condominium properties in Luxembourg.

OBJECT : The purpose of this petition is to strengthen consumer rights in Luxembourg by introducing into the Consumer Code a strict principle of contractual and financial reciprocity vis-à-vis businesses and professionals (specifically across the banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy, and e-commerce sectors). The objective is to grant users and consumers the legal authority to charge standard administrative/handling fees or obtain automatic, regulated compensation when a persistent technical malfunction, digital interface outage, or processing failure attributable to the service provider forces the user to perform time-consuming manual procedures to fulfill contractual obligations or assert their rights. The petition also calls for the mandatory, automatic waiver of all ancillary fees, reminder costs, or penalties claimed by a provider whenever a delay or complication stems from an outage or bug in its own digital systems.
