OBJECT : Our dogs are part of the family - they shouldn't be forced to wait alone outside the bakery, the butcher's or the gelateria. Problems: - Animals left outside are sometimes stolen - During heatwaves, being left tied up outside is dangerous for them. - Queues prolong the wait and cause stress for owners. The proposal - To allow dogs on a lead and under their owner's supervision into local shops (bakeries, butchers, ice-cream parlours, grocery shops), except in areas expressly prohibited for health or safety reasons - Introduce simple and practical rules: leashes compulsory; dogs permitted only if they do not disrupt service; no entry to preparation areas without a barrier; owners liable for any damage - Raise awareness amongst shopkeepers and the public about responsible behaviour (picking up after their dogs, keeping them on a leash, muzzling them if necessary)

OBJECT : The purpose of this petition is to reform the Luxembourgish legislation on weapons in order to allow adult citizens with clean criminal records to possess and carry non-lethal means of self-defense, specifically certified pepper spray and alarm weapons (blank and gas firing weapons). This reform proposes to draw inspiration from the proven legal model of the Federal Republic of Germany, notably through the creation of an equivalent to the "restricted firearms certificate" (Kleiner Waffenschein), thereby guaranteeing regulated, controlled, and secure access to personal protection tools in public spaces.

OBJECT : Les lieux fréquentés par les enfants, tels que les centres sportifs, les cinémas, les piscines, les parcs de loisirs ou les bowlings, devraient être des espaces favorisant leur santé et leur bien-être. Pourtant, les produits les plus visibles et les plus mis en avant sont souvent des sodas, des confiseries et des aliments ultra-transformés. Cette exposition permanente complique le rôle des parents et banalise la consommation de produits dont les effets sur la santé sont bien établis. Par cette pétition, nous demandons aux pouvoirs publics de mettre en place des mesures visant à limiter la promotion et la mise en avant des aliments ultra-transformés et des boissons sucrées dans les lieux principalement fréquentés par les enfants, tout en encourageant une offre plus saine, visible et accessible. Nos enfants méritent un environnement cohérent avec les objectifs de prévention et de santé publique.
