Purpose of the petition
Vivant au Luxembourg dans une démocratie, je voudrais que tous les Luxembourgeois puissent avoir le libre choix d'aller voter ou NON. Comme selon notre Constitution nous devons aller voter (sous peine d'avoir une amende si nous ne participons pas) je voudrais voir ce que pensent les Luxembourgeois concernant cette proposition .

Par cette décision les Députes du Luxembourg verront dans les suffrages ce que la population désire vraiment, et il y aurait beaucoup moins de votes blancs ainsi que des votes invalides.
