Dës Petitioun riicht sech net géint d'Juegd, mee soll d'Benotze vun der Waff bei Haiser reegelen. Am Moment ass am Juegdgesetz kee Mindestofstand virgesinn, wat d'Benotze vun der Waff bei Haiser betrëfft. But vun dëser Petitioun ass et, de Gebrauch vun engem Gewier, oder ähnlechem, an engem nach ze definéiernde Radius (z.B. 300 m) ze verbidden. Cette pétition ne se dirige pas contre la chasse, mais doit régler l'usage du fusil autour des maisons. Dans la loi sur la chasse, une distance minimum pour utiliser un fusil autour des maisons n'est pas prévue. Avec cette pétition, nous voulons atteindre, qu'une distance minimale pour utiliser un fusil dans les alentours des maisons soit introduite.
