Purpose of the petition
Etant donné que chaque automobiliste immatriculé au Luxembourg est obligé de s'acquitter d'une taxe de circulation calculée sur l'émission de CO2 des véhicules il faudrait imposer cette taxe de circulation à tous les véhicules qui empreintent les routes du Luxembourg sous forme de vignette autocollante comme en Suisse et en Autriche. Les recettes de cette vignette permettraient de financer en partie la modernisation des infrastructures existantes ainsi que de financer en partie la mobilité au Luxembourg. Il n'est juste qu'uniquement les véhicules immatriculés au Luxembourg soient assujettis à cette taxe de circulation. Ou alors il faudrait l'abolir
