La création dans le droit du travail luxembourgeois d'un congé sabbatique aurait comme but de faciliter les transitions professionnelles et personnelles de chaque salarié.

Dans un monde post covid où un grand nombre de personnes aimeraient changer d'orientation professionnelle afin d'équilibrer au mieux la vie professionnelle et la vie personnelle, la pétition a pour vocation de faciliter ce changement tout en garantissant une sécurité de retour à l'emploi à la fin d'une période définie.
