Die Miete wird anfangs zur Finanzierung von ggf nötigen Renovierungen benutzt, anschliessend geht sie an den Besitzer der Wohnung. Die Renovierung wird von der Verwaltung vorfinanziert, die Miete und die Kaution werden von der Verwaltung garantiert. Die Miete entspricht dem gesetzlichen Maximalbetrag..
