Purpose of the petition
In Zukunft soll der Wähler die Möglichkeit haben bei den Parlamentswahlen / Gemeindewahlen / Europawahlen seine Stimmen als JA-Stimme oder auch als NEIN-Stimme abzugeben. Er kann für oder gegen einen Kandidaten (Partei) abstimmen. Gewonnen hat derjenige, der die meisten positiven Nettostimmen erhält (JA-Stimmen minus NEIN-Stimmen). ============================================================= À l'avenir, l'électeur aura la possibilité de voter OUI ou NON aux élections législatives, municipales et européennes. Il peut voter pour ou contre un candidat (parti politique). Le vainqueur sera celui qui obtiendra le plus de votes nets positifs (votes OUI moins votes NON).
Reason for the petition
Mehr Demokratie, weil: (1.) Die Wahlbeteiligung wird steigen. (2.) Das Wahlergebnis wird die Meinung von mehr Menschen widerspiegeln. (3.) Extreme Elemente werden mit geringerer Wahrscheinlichkeit gewählt, extreme Rhetorik wird daher ebenfalls zurückgehen. Die Gesellschaft würde friedlicher werden. ============================================================= Plus de démocratie, parce que : (1.) La participation électorale augmentera. (2.) Le résultat des élections reflétera l'opinion d'un plus grand nombre de personnes. (3.) Les éléments extrêmes seront moins susceptibles d'être élus, la rhétorique extrême diminuera donc également. La société deviendrait plus pacifique.
