Mündige Bürger sollten selbst entscheiden dürfen was sie mit dem was sie sich erwirtschaftet haben nach ihrem Ableben geschehen soll
Reason for the petition
Immer mehr Menschen,haben oft keinen Kontakt zu Ihren leiblichen Kindern oder werden von diesen gemieden. Nach dem Ableben,wird vom Gesetzgeber eine Erbfolge vorgeschrieben ,welche leider auch mit einem Testament nicht,so geregelt ist dass,man selbst entscheiden kann,an wenn man sein Hab und Gut vererben kann/darf!
