Luxemburg hat im vergangenen Jahrhundert in der Rundfunkentwicklung stets eine Vorreiterrolle gespielt. Im Gegensatz zu den allermeisten europäischen Ländern wurde hierzulande noch nicht mit regulären Hörfunksendungen im DAB+-Modus begonnen. Das Land droht, als technologisch rückständig betrachtet zu werden.
