Es soll einem Kfz Besitzer möglich sein, die jährliche KFZ Hauptuntersuchung auch bei Prüforganisationen wie z.B. dem TÜV Saarland oder TÜV Rheinland, oder DEKRA im EU Ausland durführen zu können. Dies würde die zur Zeit hier in Luxemburg massiv überlastetetn Kontrollorganisationen entlasten.
