Augmenter considérablement le tarif des avertissements taxés en cas de blocage d'un carrefour réglé par feu rouge avec un véhicule automoteur. Les croisements et carrefours bloqués engendrent de véritables cercles vicieux provoquant des bouchons monstrueux, particulièrement aux heures de pointe.

Un avertissement taxé de l'ordre de 145 euros accompagné d'un retrait de 2 points au permis de conduire permettrait aux usagers de la route de prendre conscience de l'importance et des conséquences néfastes de ce comportement.
