PURPOSE : Cette pétition demande la modification des conditions d'éligibilité à la subvention de loyer au Luxembourg afin d'y inclure les parents exerçant une garde alternée. L'objectif est de permettre la prise en compte des enfants dans le calcul de l'aide sur base du jugement de garde, même si ceux-ci ne sont pas officiellement domiciliés à l'adresse du demandeur ou que ce dernier ne perçoit pas les allocations familiales.

PURPOSE : Aufstellungen einer Reservekompanie der Luxemburgischen Armee. Die Reservistentruppe soll offen sein für alle Staatsangehörigen von NATO Nationen. Sprache innerhalb der Truppe luxemburgisch und englisch. Truppenstärke 100-200 Soldaten. Vorrangig soll die Kompanie zur Unterstützung bei Naturkatastrophen sowie Unterstützungsdienstleistungen des Heeres eingesetzt werden. Idealerweise sollten die Reservisten bereits Armeeerfahrung aus ihren Heimatländern mitbringen. Entsprechende Vordienstzeiten können bei der Zumessung des Dienstgrades und Position berücksichtigt werden.

PURPOSE : 20 or 25 years ago, many persons and organizations were opposed to genetically modified organisms (GMO); the result was a prudent approach concerning human and livestock food and pharmaceutics. Until now, genetically modified organisms were prohibited in normal human food. Only in livestock food, pharmaceutics and non-food applications they were allowed, but a clear indication was required. Without any mandate of the population (no party program, no referendum, nor any other questioning of the citizens), our EU representants agreed on diminishing restrictions on GMOs, and above all, abolished the labeling requirement of products containing GMOs. The petition calls on our country to oppose this agreement and refrain from transposing this directive into national law.»).
