Petitions to the Chamber of Deputies

PURPOSE : We are following with grave concern the situation currently unfolding in Iran. We express our deepest empathy and unwavering solidarity with the people inside Iran, who are facing repression and violence for exercising their fundamental rights. We consider it our ethical and civic responsibility to convey the real and unfiltered message of them, whose collective will for regime change has been expressed openly and consistently through repeated nationwide protests. This moment represents a critical test for human rights activists, the media, and political leaders in free societies. Silence or inaction in the face of such crimes cannot be considered neutrality. We therefore call upon the Government of Luxembourg, the institutions of the European Union, the media, and the international community to: 1. Support the Iranian people in their movement and their clearly expressed will for fundamental political change away from the current Islamic Republic regime. 2. Ensure honest, independent, and impartial engagement with events in Iran, including the amplification of Iranian voices in the context of severe internet and communication shutdowns. 3. Clearly and decisively condemn the violent repression of the Iranian people, and also prepare and implement concrete political and diplomatic measures, in line with international human rights obligations, to pressure the regime to prevent further killings, halt repression, and end violence against protesters. 4. Formally recognize Prince Reza Pahlavi as the representative of the Iranian people during the transitional period and cooperate with him in accordance with internationally recognized human rights norms, democratic principles, and the right to self-determination. We urge all democratic governments and institutions to recognize the gravity of this moment and to act in accordance with their stated commitments to human rights, justice, and human dignity. Although we are outside Iran, our hearts and consciences are with the people inside the country, who continue to courageously demand their fundamental rights. We stand with them and echo their call: "Freedom, freedom, freedom." History will judge not only those who commit these crimes but also those who choose silence in the face of them.

PURPOSE : La pétition demande aux autorités compétentes d'engager une réforme visant à garantir l'égalité des primes entre les policiers du groupe de traitement B1 et ceux du groupe de traitement C1, lorsque les fonctions exercées, les responsabilités assumées et les contraintes opérationnelles sont identiques. Constat Les policiers B1 et C1 travaillent quotidiennement : dans les mêmes unités, sous les mêmes conditions opérationnelles, avec les mêmes risques, contraintes horaires et responsabilités sur le terrain. Pourtant, malgré cette réalité professionnelle identique, des différences subsistent au niveau de certaines primes, uniquement en raison du groupe de traitement administratif, et non de la fonction réellement exercée. Cette situation crée : un sentiment d'injustice au sein des équipes, une inégalité de traitement difficilement justifiable sur le terrain, un impact négatif sur la motivation, la cohésion et la reconnaissance du travail policier. Demande Nous demandons que soit mise en place une réforme visant à : garantir que toutes les primes liées aux fonctions, aux risques et aux contraintes opérationnelles soient strictement identiques pour les policiers B1 et C1, dès lors qu'ils exercent les mêmes missions ; assurer une égalité de traitement financier pour un travail égal, conformément aux principes d'équité et de reconnaissance du service public ; renforcer l'attractivité, la motivation et la stabilité des carrières au sein de la Police grand-ducale. Cette demande ne remet pas en cause les groupes de traitement ni les grilles indiciaires, mais vise uniquement à corriger une inégalité persistante dans le régime des primes, afin qu'il reflète la réalité du terrain.

PURPOSE : Diese Petition fordert die Kammer der Abgeordneten auf, die Entscheidung des Office National de l'Accueil (ONA) zu überprüfen und zu bewerten, private Transportunternehmen mit dem Transport von Asylbewerbern und Flüchtlingen zwischen Flüchtlingsunterkünften, Anhörungsorten und anderen vorgesehenen Zielen zu beauftragen. Luxemburg bietet allen Bewohnern und Besuchern des Landes kostenlos öffentliche Verkehrsmittel an, einschließlich Busse, Züge und Straßenbahnen. Angesichts der geografischen Größe des Landes und der Verfügbarkeit kostenloser öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel stellt diese Petition die Notwendigkeit und Rechtfertigung in Frage, private Transportdienste ausschließlich für Asylbewerber und Flüchtlinge zu nutzen. Die Petition fordert Transparenz bezüglich der öffentlichen Mittel, die für diese privaten Transportverträge ausgegeben werden, und bittet die Kammer der Abgeordneten, zu prüfen, ob diese Praxis eine effiziente und verantwortungsvolle Nutzung der Steuergelder darstellt. Das Ziel der Petition ist es nicht, Asylbewerber oder Flüchtlinge anzugreifen, sondern eine ordnungsgemäße Verwaltung, Rechenschaftspflicht und eine rationale Nutzung öffentlicher Ressourcen sicherzustellen.
