OBJECT : We wish to draw the attention of the relevant authorities to growing concerns regarding the safety of children within and around educational institutions. On the one hand, it has been observed that certain playgrounds and school surroundings, when accessible outside of school hours, may be exposed to vandalism or the presence of hazardous waste such as broken glass, syringes, or other harmful substances. These elements pose a direct risk to children's health and safety. On the other hand, the issue of safety among students themselves requires urgent attention. Incidents of physical violence can occur from a very young age. Some children are subjected to blows or aggression, sometimes repeatedly, without adequate responses being provided. These incidents are not isolated and are part of a broader context in which violence can manifest at different stages of the educational journey. Recent events, including those in secondary schools, highlight the need for early intervention. We firmly believe that education in respect, conflict management, and kindness must begin at an early age. Prevention is essential to ensure that such behaviors do not become entrenched over time. In light of these concerns, we call for: Effective securing of playgrounds outside school hours; Systematic and thorough cleaning of school premises before students arrive; Increased supervision within schools and their surroundings; Serious and consistent handling of incidents of violence between students, including in daycare and kindergarten; The implementation of prevention and respect-based education programs adapted to each age group; Improved communication between educational staff and parents on these matters. The physical and emotional safety of children must remain an absolute priority. Schools must remain safe environments where every child can grow, learn, and thrive without fear.

OBJECT : Malgré une pénurie croissante de personnel soignant au Luxembourg, de nombreux aides-soignants qualifiés se voient privés de toute possibilité d'évolution vers les métiers d'infirmier ou de technicien de santé, faute de formations accessibles en cours d'emploi. La présente pétition a pour objet de demander la mise en place, au Luxembourg, de formations qualifiantes en cours d'emploi permettant aux aides-soignants d'accéder aux professions d'infirmier ou de technicien de santé. Actuellement, les parcours de formation existants nécessitent un engagement à temps plein, impliquant un arrêt de l'activité professionnelle. Cette organisation constitue un obstacle majeur pour de nombreux aides-soignants expérimentés, notamment ceux ayant des responsabilités familiales et financières, et rend de facto toute évolution professionnelle difficilement accessible. Dans un contexte de besoins croissants en personnel qualifié dans le secteur des soins, il apparaît nécessaire de permettre aux professionnels déjà en activité de bénéficier de dispositifs de formation adaptés à leur situation. La pétition vise dès lors à promouvoir la création de formations en cours d'emploi, notamment sous forme de parcours en alternance ou modulaires, permettant : * l'accès aux professions d'infirmier ou de technicien de santé, * la reconnaissance des acquis de l'expérience professionnelle, * le maintien d'une activité salariée, * un accès progressif et encadré aux qualifications visées. Une telle mesure contribuerait à renforcer durablement les effectifs dans le secteur de la santé, tout en valorisant les compétences déjà présentes sur le terrain.
