OBJECT : We wish to draw the attention of the relevant authorities to growing concerns regarding the safety of children within and around educational institutions. On the one hand, it has been observed that certain playgrounds and school surroundings, when accessible outside of school hours, may be exposed to vandalism or the presence of hazardous waste such as broken glass, syringes, or other harmful substances. These elements pose a direct risk to children's health and safety. On the other hand, the issue of safety among students themselves requires urgent attention. Incidents of physical violence can occur from a very young age. Some children are subjected to blows or aggression, sometimes repeatedly, without adequate responses being provided. These incidents are not isolated and are part of a broader context in which violence can manifest at different stages of the educational journey. Recent events, including those in secondary schools, highlight the need for early intervention. We firmly believe that education in respect, conflict management, and kindness must begin at an early age. Prevention is essential to ensure that such behaviors do not become entrenched over time. In light of these concerns, we call for: Effective securing of playgrounds outside school hours; Systematic and thorough cleaning of school premises before students arrive; Increased supervision within schools and their surroundings; Serious and consistent handling of incidents of violence between students, including in daycare and kindergarten; The implementation of prevention and respect-based education programs adapted to each age group; Improved communication between educational staff and parents on these matters. The physical and emotional safety of children must remain an absolute priority. Schools must remain safe environments where every child can grow, learn, and thrive without fear.

OBJECT : Objet : Obligation de présentation du bulletin n°5 du casier judiciaire ( relatif aux infractions sur mineurs : violences physiques ou sexuelles) pour tout poste en contact avec des mineurs. Nous demandons l'instauration d'une obligation légale claire et systématique visant à renforcer la protection des enfants au sein de toutes les structures d'accueil, d'éducation et d'encadrement. Aujourd'hui, bien que la vérification du casier judiciaire puisse être demandée dans certains cas, elle ne constitue pas une obligation uniforme pour tous les employeurs travaillant avec des mineurs. Cette situation crée une inégalité de pratiques et peut exposer les enfants à des risques évitables. Nous demandons donc que : Tout employeur, public ou privé, opérant dans les domaines suivants : . écoles . crèches . foyers de jour . maisons relais . structures d'accueil et d'encadrement d'enfants ( sport, musique, théâtre, art,...) soit légalement tenu d'exiger du candidat à l'embauche un extrait du casier judiciaire - bulletin n°5. La remise de ce document devienne une condition obligatoire préalable à toute prise de fonction impliquant un contact direct ou indirect avec des mineurs. Toute personne présentant une condamnation mentionnée dans le bulletin n°5, notamment en lien avec des infractions à caractère sexuel ou contre des mineurs, se voie refuser l'accès au poste concerné, sans exception. Des contrôles et sanctions soient prévus en cas de non-respect de cette obligation par les employeurs. Notre objectif est clair : Garantir un environnement sûr et protecteur pour tous les enfants, en appliquant un principe de précaution strict et uniforme à l'échelle nationale. La protection de l'enfance doit primer sur toute autre considération
