PURPOSE : This petition proposes to provide more opportunities to qualify for parental leave based on evidence of long-term employment in Luxembourg. This would be decided ultimately by legislators, but the petition suggests including the following tiers as eligible for leave cover: - Employed for more than 5 of the previous 6 years (60/72 months) - Employed for more than 2.5 of the previous 3 years (representing 30/36 months) - Employed more than ~1.9 of the previous 2 years (23/24 months) In addition to the current single tier of 12 months of uninterrupted work with no more than a 7 day break. All tiers maintain the minimum threshold of employment and completion of the trial period by the start of parental leave. These laws should also apply to adoptive parents in order to foster an inclusive environment for all families and situations.

PURPOSE : Das Ziel dieser Petition ist es, dass die jährliche SAP-Weiterbildung beim CGDIS offiziell von allen zuständigen Stellen als anerkannte Verlängerung des Erste-Hilfe-Kurses um mindestens Jahr eingestuft wird. Zusätzlich sollte eine offizielle Bescheinigung eingeführt werden, die vom CGDIS nach der SAP-Weiterbildung ausgestellt wird. Diese Bescheinigung soll von Arbeitgebern, die einen Erste-Hilfe-Kurs für bestimmte Tätigkeiten benötigen, als gleichwertiger Nachweis akzeptiert werden. Diese Anerkennung soll unter der Voraussetzung erfolgen, dass der Arbeitgeber den Feuerwehrangehörigen für die Weiterbildung freigestellt hat - wie bereits im Rahmen der bestehenden Entschädigungsregelung des CGDIS vorgesehen. Damit wird vermieden, dass freiwillige Feuerwehrleute, die ohnehin regelmäßig an umfassenden Weiterbildungen teilnehmen, zusätzlich einen klassischen Erste-Hilfe-Kurs besuchen müssen, was Zeit und Ressourcen kostet - sowohl für freiwilligen Feuerwehrleute.

PURPOSE : Promouvoir la mise en service de véhicules historiques sur le réseau de tram existant, entre autres dans le but de valoriser le patrimoine culturel et de dynamiser le tourisme. Les mesures proposées incluent la réhabilitation, l'entretien et l'exploitation de ces trams d'époque pendant la saison estivale, afin d'offrir une expérience unique aux résidents et aux visiteurs.
