OBJECT : Petitioun fir de Schutz vum Bargeld an der Verfassung Mir fuerderen, datt d'Recht op d'Benotzung vu Bargeld an der Verfassung verankert gëtt. Bargeld muss als gesetzlecht Bezuelmëttel erhale bleiwen a däerf och mat der Aféierung vum digitalen Euro ni ofgeschaaft oder staark ageschränkt ginn.

OBJECT : Demander la mise en place d'une obligation pour les employeurs de proposer un contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI) aux apprentis ayant terminé avec succès leur formation au sein de l'entreprise. Après plusieurs années de formation, l'apprenti devrait pouvoir bénéficier d'une véritable continuité professionnelle et valoriser les compétences acquises au sein de l'entreprise. La proposition d'un CDI devrait constituer la continuité normale du parcours de formation, sauf en cas de faute grave de l'apprenti, de démission de sa part ou d'un motif légitime et objectivement justifié prévu par la loi. Cette mesure viserait notamment à mieux sécuriser l'entrée des jeunes et des adultes formés dans la vie professionnelle, à valoriser l'apprentissage et à éviter qu'une personne ayant consacré plusieurs années à sa formation se retrouve sans emploi immédiatement après l'obtention de son diplôme.

OBJECT : The purpose of this petition is to strengthen consumer rights in Luxembourg by introducing into the Consumer Code a strict principle of contractual and financial reciprocity vis-à-vis businesses and professionals (specifically across the banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy, and e-commerce sectors). The objective is to grant users and consumers the legal authority to charge standard administrative/handling fees or obtain automatic, regulated compensation when a persistent technical malfunction, digital interface outage, or processing failure attributable to the service provider forces the user to perform time-consuming manual procedures to fulfill contractual obligations or assert their rights. The petition also calls for the mandatory, automatic waiver of all ancillary fees, reminder costs, or penalties claimed by a provider whenever a delay or complication stems from an outage or bug in its own digital systems.
