PURPOSE : Au Luxembourg, la loi du 16 mai 1975 encadre la copropriété mais ne prévoit aucune autorité de contrôle ni dispositif disciplinaire pour les syndics. Cette situation laisse les copropriétaires sans recours face à des pratiques opaques.

PURPOSE : Request to declare October 3, 2025, a national holiday We, the undersigned, citizens and residents of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, respectfully submit this petition to request the declaration of Friday, October 3, 2025, as a national holiday, in honor of the accession to the throne of His Royal Highness Prince Guillaume, the future Grand Duke of Luxembourg.
