PURPOSE : Promouvoir la mise en service de véhicules historiques sur le réseau de tram existant, entre autres dans le but de valoriser le patrimoine culturel et de dynamiser le tourisme. Les mesures proposées incluent la réhabilitation, l'entretien et l'exploitation de ces trams d'époque pendant la saison estivale, afin d'offrir une expérience unique aux résidents et aux visiteurs.

PURPOSE : Request to declare October 3, 2025, a national holiday We, the undersigned, citizens and residents of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, respectfully submit this petition to request the declaration of Friday, October 3, 2025, as a national holiday, in honor of the accession to the throne of His Royal Highness Prince Guillaume, the future Grand Duke of Luxembourg. This historic event represents a unique moment in the life of our nation-a peaceful and symbolic transition of power, embodying the stability and continuity of our constitutional monarchy. It is a day of national pride, reflection, and celebration, worthy of official recognition.

PURPOSE : We request the introduction of a net metering system for residential and small-scale photovoltaic installations. Currently, individuals receive a low payment for the surplus electricity they inject into the grid, while having to buy electricity at a much higher rate. This system disadvantages local producers and hinders the country's energy transition. We ask that citizens be allowed to offset the electricity they inject into the grid against their consumption at an equivalent rate, in line with the principles of energy fairness and Luxembourg's European commitments.
