PURPOSE : Dës Petition huet den Zil, d'Regierung an d'Chamber dozou ze bréngen, e gesetzleche Kader fir eng fräiwëlleg militäresch Reserve zu Lëtzebuerg ze schafen. D'Reserve soll: • Fräiwëllegen d'Méiglechkeet ginn, nieft Beruff a Studium aktiv fir d'Land ze déngen. • All Räng abdecken - vum Zaldot bis bei den Offizéier. • Eng Grondausbildung an jäerlech Übunge virgesinn. • Net nëmme militäresch Asätz stäerken, mee och bei Katastropheschutz, Cyberverdeedegung an humanitäre Missiounen hëllefen. D'Modeller aus Däitschland, Frankräich an der Belsch kënnen als Virbild déngen, mee d'System soll u Lëtzebuerg ugepasst ginn.

PURPOSE : We request the introduction of a net metering system for residential and small-scale photovoltaic installations. Currently, individuals receive a low payment for the surplus electricity they inject into the grid, while having to buy electricity at a much higher rate. This system disadvantages local producers and hinders the country's energy transition. We ask that citizens be allowed to offset the electricity they inject into the grid against their consumption at an equivalent rate, in line with the principles of energy fairness and Luxembourg's European commitments.
