Petitions to the Chamber of Deputies

PURPOSE : This petition proposes to provide more opportunities to qualify for parental leave based on evidence of long-term employment in Luxembourg. This would be decided ultimately by legislators, but the petition suggests including the following tiers as eligible for leave cover: - Employed for more than 5 of the previous 6 years (60/72 months) - Employed for more than 2.5 of the previous 3 years (representing 30/36 months) - Employed more than ~1.9 of the previous 2 years (23/24 months) In addition to the current single tier of 12 months of uninterrupted work with no more than a 7 day break. All tiers maintain the minimum threshold of employment and completion of the trial period by the start of parental leave. These laws should also apply to adoptive parents in order to foster an inclusive environment for all families and situations.

PURPOSE : Je demande que les jeunes adultes handicapés, dont l'état de santé ne permet ni de suivre des études supérieures ni de participer à une formation professionnelle, soient considérés comme enfants à charge jusqu'à l'âge de 25 ans et que leurs parents continuent de percevoir les allocations familiales tant qu'ils vivent sous le même toit.

PURPOSE : Améliorer la visibilité et la sécurité des conducteurs sur les tronçons d'autoroutes sans éclairage public, grâce à l'installation de dispositifs réfléchissants au sol.
