OBJECT : This petition calls for concrete measures to strengthen Luxembourg's independence in terms of energy and food supply. The objective is to clearly prioritize the use of agricultural land for food production and to shift energy production towards existing infrastructure, particularly rooftops. Specifically, the petition calls for: • Prioritizing agricultural land for food production • Supporting local agriculture, especially fruit and vegetable production • Supporting local farmers and sustainable meat production • Introducing and promoting solar installations on suitable rooftops • Developing local energy storage solutions to ensure a stable energy supply The goal is to ensure a sustainable, stable, and more independent supply of food and energy in Luxembourg.

OBJECT : We, the citizens of Luxembourg, call for the implementation of legal measures that guarantee fair and affordable rents. These measures should allow all families, young adults, and low-income individuals to live in decent housing, while protecting private landlords and social housing providers. To achieve this goal, we propose: - Capping rents, based on apartment size, condition, and location, to limit excessive increases and ensure affordable housing. - Clear and transparent rental contracts, securing the rights and obligations of tenants and landlords. - Development of innovative solutions such as Mietkauf (rent-to-own), allowing tenants to gradually become homeowners while ensuring landlords receive stable and secure income. - Tax incentives or subsidies for landlords who maintain fair rents or adopt rent-to-own solutions.

OBJECT : La présente pétition a pour objectif de demander au Gouvernement luxembourgeois et à la Chambre des Députés d'étudier officiellement la faisabilité de l'organisation d'un Grand Prix de Formule 1 au Luxembourg, en analysant ses retombées économiques, touristiques, technologiques et environnementales. Un tel événement international représenterait une opportunité stratégique pour renforcer l'attractivité du pays, stimuler le tourisme, générer des recettes fiscales supplémentaires et positionner le Luxembourg comme acteur innovant dans les domaines de la mobilité durable, des nouvelles technologies et de l'ingénierie de pointe. Dans un contexte de transition écologique et d'évolution du sport automobile vers des solutions énergétiques plus responsables, cette étude pourrait également évaluer les conditions nécessaires à l'organisation d'un événement respectueux des objectifs climatiques nationaux et européens. La pétition ne demande pas une décision immédiate d'organisation, mais la mise en place d'une analyse indépendante et transparente permettant d'évaluer objectivement les bénéfices, les coûts et les impacts d'un tel projet pour le pays.
