PURPOSE : Il est demandé que quand une personne utilise son téléphone portable en roulant (voiture, camionnette, camion, moto) et ce fait contrôler par la Police, tant pour les habitants Luxembourgeois qu'étrangers même de passage. la Police demande au Procureur la possibilité de retenir le permis de conduire (durée 8 ou 15 jours) ainsi que le téléphone, Et si possible en cas de d'abus (plusieurs fois arrêter avec son portable), le contrevenant devra suivre de nouveau la filière du passage à l'auto école (pratique et conduite).

PURPOSE : Das Ziel ist dass sich die Menschen die in Luxembourg sich auf einem Camping anmelden können . Aber leider ist es durch das Gesetzt verboten sich dort anzumelden. Und dadurch würden viele was verlieren z.b Kindergeld Behinderten Bus u.s.w.wenn sie trotzdem dort wohnen müssen .

PURPOSE : This petition proposes to provide more opportunities to qualify for parental leave based on evidence of long-term employment in Luxembourg. This would be decided ultimately by legislators, but the petition suggests including the following tiers as eligible for leave cover: - Employed for more than 5 of the previous 6 years (60/72 months) - Employed for more than 2.5 of the previous 3 years (representing 30/36 months) - Employed more than ~1.9 of the previous 2 years (23/24 months) In addition to the current single tier of 12 months of uninterrupted work with no more than a 7 day break. All tiers maintain the minimum threshold of employment and completion of the trial period by the start of parental leave. These laws should also apply to adoptive parents in order to foster an inclusive environment for all families and situations.
