OBJECT : consiste à faire bénificier, au vu de leur apport à la collectivité, les locataires de chasse d'un crédit d'impôt dont le montant reste à définir ou d'un amortissement forfaitaire de +- 8% du coût du bail par an ou par tranche forfaitaire pour chaque période synoptique échue et de faire bénificier les détenteurs d'un permis de chasse luxembourgeois et non locataire de chasse d'un crédit d'impôts par période synoptique.

OBJECT : The purpose of this petition is to reform the Luxembourgish legislation on weapons in order to allow adult citizens with clean criminal records to possess and carry non-lethal means of self-defense, specifically certified pepper spray and alarm weapons (blank and gas firing weapons). This reform proposes to draw inspiration from the proven legal model of the Federal Republic of Germany, notably through the creation of an equivalent to the "restricted firearms certificate" (Kleiner Waffenschein), thereby guaranteeing regulated, controlled, and secure access to personal protection tools in public spaces.

OBJECT : The purpose of this petition is to strengthen consumer rights in Luxembourg by introducing into the Consumer Code a strict principle of contractual and financial reciprocity vis-à-vis businesses and professionals (specifically across the banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy, and e-commerce sectors). The objective is to grant users and consumers the legal authority to charge standard administrative/handling fees or obtain automatic, regulated compensation when a persistent technical malfunction, digital interface outage, or processing failure attributable to the service provider forces the user to perform time-consuming manual procedures to fulfill contractual obligations or assert their rights. The petition also calls for the mandatory, automatic waiver of all ancillary fees, reminder costs, or penalties claimed by a provider whenever a delay or complication stems from an outage or bug in its own digital systems.
