Aim of the petition: Komm mir maachen et extreem deier (> 100.000,00 EUR) vir mat engem Privatjet zu Lëtzebuerg ze starten oder ze landen. Vue datt d'"Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg S.A." zu 100% eisem Staat gehéiert, kéint een einfach d'Termen vun dëser upassen an esou d'Zil erreechen.

E puer ganz restriktiv Ausnamen sinn akzeptabel. Dës kéinten z.B. ganz wichteg politesch oder humanitär Flich sinn.

Make it extremely expensive (> 100.000,00 EUR) to take off and land in Luxembourg using private jets. Since the "Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg S.A." is 100% state-owned, a change in the terms and conditions of the company would be enough to implement the goal of the petition.

Some very restrictive exceptions are acceptable. These could include very urgent political or humanitarian flights.

The money earned from the leftover private jet traffic shall be invested in a green energy fund.

Effectively banning private jets globally, could prevent roughly half of all greenhouse gas emissions caused by airplane traffic. At the same time, only a very limited amount of people would be affected by this measure, thus having a large environmental impact with little impact on world's population.

Since using private jets is not without alternative, this measure would not reduce liberty of movement for the concerned people.
