D'Hondt-Verfahren abschaffen
Purpose of the petition
Das D'Hondt-Verfahren soll durch ein Sitzzuteilungsverfahren ersetzt werden, welches kleine Parteien nicht mehr benachteiligt. Geeigneter wäre das Hare-Niemeyer oder das Sainte-Laguë-Verfahren. Des Weiteren könnte man eine Diskussion über eine „circonscription unique" anschneiden, so dass die Stimme von jedem Wähler das gleiche Gewicht erlangt.
